A leading industrial manufacturing company based in Dagenham is currently recruiting for a multi-skilled shift engineer (Mechanical Bias) to join their current team. The business is growing rapidly, with several new sites being added this year. The company forecasts large profits over the next 12 months, has nearly doubled its investment into the engineering team, and offers extensive internal training, many progression opportunities for maintenance engineers, and the option to move into other skilled roles.

This position requires the successful candidate to perform both planned and reactive maintenance on the production line, primarily dealing with mechanical faults, with some electrical maintenance assistance, so being multi-skilled is essential. The role involves working on a rotating days & nights shift pattern, with each shift lasting 12 hours. The package includes a competitive salary, overtime opportunities, and a company pension plan.

Requirements for the Shift Maintenance Engineer:

• Multi-skilled Engineer, (Mechanical Bias)
• Minimum Level 3 engineering qualification
