Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

The engineer is required to undertake mechanical maintenance on an industrial site and should have a mechanical bias. Full training and development in company and manufacturing systems are provided, along with an excellent starting salary.

The Role

Within this role, you will undertake maintenance on a range of machinery. The role involves both planned and reactive maintenance within the facility. All engineers will be actively involved in setting up PPM schedules, weekly tasks, and installation work on a project basis.

Most of the role will focus on front-line mechanical maintenance. Any experience with machines, pumps, bearings, pneumatics, or hydraulics would be useful, though training can be provided for the right attitude.

The Candidate

• Mechanically biased
• Experience in heavy industry, e.g., process or power plant
• CMMS experience
• Experience working within manufacturing or similar environments
• Engineering qualification
