Job description

We are currently seeking a Lead Mechanical Building Maintenance Engineer to oversee and carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems within our client's site. This is a hands-on role with supervisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned preventative and reactive mechanical maintenance

• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in HVAC systems, pumps, valves, and pipework

• Lead a small team of engineers and coordinate daily tasks

• Ensure all work is carried out to company and industry standards

• Liaise with clients and site managers to ensure service excellence

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical Engineering or similar

• Proven experience in building services/mechanical maintenance

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical plant
