Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a Day Shift at a vibrant commercial campus in South Kensington. You will be part of an on-site maintenance team ensuring systems run smoothly, covering M&E, fabric, and building services duties.

Responsibilities include PPM and reactive tasks, maintaining AHUs/FCUs, basic plumbing, BMS monitoring, and coordinating subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial building maintenance.
• Ability to operate and maintain M&E and building services.
• Trade certifications are required and must be provided.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Client Direct - Day Shift - South Kensington - Up to £44,000 + Excellent Benefits

CBW is delighted to be recruiting for a Day Shift Engineer to join a permanent, client-direct team at a vibrant commercial campus in South Kensington. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a highly professional on-site maintenance team, working in a state-of-the-art environment.

You’ll be responsible for a wide range of M&E, fabric, and building services duties - keeping systems running smoothly.

• PPM and reactive maintenance
• Maintain AHUs and FCUs (filter changes, cleaning)
• Basic plumbing (e.g., unblocking toilets)
• Monitor BMS systems and report irregularities
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors
• Keep logbooks updated and attend client meetings when required

Day Shift - 2 on 2 off 3 on 2 off 2 on 3 off

07:00 - 19:00 on weekdays, 08:00 - 16:00 if your shift falls on the weekend
