Job summary

HAMILTON ROWE RECRUITMENT SERVICES LTD in South Kensington, London, is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to service a high end site within Westminster.

You will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on AHUs, FCUs, pumps and water treatment systems, troubleshoot faults, and liaise with contractors to ensure client satisfaction.

The role offers progression opportunities, training and development, and a standard 8am–5pm schedule with overtime and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ (or equivalent).
• Building services maintenance experience.
• Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical plant systems.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with contractors to ensure site standards.
• Update site logbooks and ensure client satisfaction.

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you'll carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across a variety of mechanical plant systems, trouble shoot / fault find, liaise with contractors, update site logbooks and ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Duties:

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• AHUs
• FCUs
• Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals, Strip down.
• Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
• Cooling Towers
• Tap Temperatures
• Chilled Water Systems
• Plumbing
• Generators
• Pressurisation units.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Requirements:

• Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ (or equivalent)
• Building Services Maintenance experience

Salary and Package:

• £45,000 - £50,000 per annu m
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
