Job summary

Stirling Warrington in Doncaster is seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join our maintenance team. You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and servicing a range of machinery across the site, helping to keep our operations running safely and efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled fitter with a strong background in heavy mobile plant and industrial equipment. We are looking for someone with proven experience as a Mobile Plant Fitter or similar, hands-on

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mobile Plant Fitter or similar.
• Hands-on experience with heavy mobile plant equipment.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and fault finding.
• Experience with loading shovels, telehandlers and forklift trucks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on heavy mobile plant and industrial equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
• Maintain and repair equipment including loading shovels, telehandlers, forklift trucks and hydraulic presses.
• Carry out routine inspections, servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimise machinery downtime.

The Role:

About You:

We are looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience as aMobile Plant Fitter, Plant Engineer, Heavy Plant Fitter or similar.
• Strong hands-on experience working withheavy mobile plant equipment.
• Good knowledge ofhydraulic systems and fault finding.
• Experience working on equipment such asloading shovels, telehandlers and forklift trucks.
• Experience with hydraulic presses or other heavy industrial machinery would be highly advantageous.
