Job summary

Cleveland Police is seeking an Estates Officer - Mechanical to oversee the management, maintenance, inspection and improvement of mechanical building services across a varied estate including police stations and custody facilities. The role reports to the Estates Manager, is full-time and permanent, and based on-site in Thornaby-on-Tees.

You will be responsible for ensuring reliable mechanical systems, prioritising improvements, and coordinating with facilities teams to support daily operations

• Manage, maintain, inspect and improve mechanical building services across a diverse property portfolio.
• Assist as required under the Estates Manager to ensure reliable mechanical systems across police stations, custody suites, offices and specialist facilities.
