Cleveland Police is seeking an Estates Officer - Mechanical to oversee the management, maintenance, inspection and improvement of mechanical building services across a varied estate including police stations and custody facilities. The role reports to the Estates Manager, is full-time and permanent, and based on-site in Thornaby-on-Tees.

You will be responsible for ensuring reliable mechanical systems, prioritising improvements, and coordinating with facilities teams to support daily operations

Reporting to the Estates Manager, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, inspection, and improvement of mechanical building services across a diverse property portfolio including police stations, custody suites, operational buildings, offices, and specialist facilities.
