Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor and co-ordinate mechanical engineering systems and work activities, including planning and backlog maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with current legislation, NHS guidance and safety standards.
• Support the Estates Manager on mechanical services and cost-effective use of external contractors.
• Monitor and review mechanical services and preventative maintenance to achieve compliance.
• Maintain documentation, registers and log books for mechanical services including health and safety records.
