Mitie Group plc in Newcastle is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician on dayshift to support planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across Royal Victoria Infirmary and Freeman Hospital. You will ensure plant and equipment are safe, compliant and operating to service standards.

You will perform PPMs, respond to reactive tasks, and assist with subcontractor supervision, while maintaining clean, safe plant rooms.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in mechanical and/or multi-skilled building services maintenance.
• Experience with DHW, LTHW and ventilation systems.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and safe working practices.
• Ability to pass a DBS check prior to commencement.
• General building or fabric maintenance experience is desirable.
