Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd are seeking a Mechanical Engineering professional to provide technical assurance across building services and engineering systems. You will monitor contractor performance, drive asset lifecycle planning and support NEC contract administration.

You will review designs and maintenance strategies while ensuring health & safety compliance and KPI reporting. Collaboration with facilities teams and vendors is essential to deliver service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in technical assurance, engineering compliance or asset management environments.
• Strong background in performance management and contractor oversight.
• Experience with NEC contracts and contract performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assurance across mechanical building services and engineering systems.
• Monitor contractor and supplier performance, ensuring compliance with statutory, technical and contractual requirements.
• Manage asset performance, reliability, lifecycle planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review designs, specifications, maintenance strategies and technical documentation.
• Support NEC contract administration, including performance monitoring, change management and contractor engagement.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, industry standards and best practice.
• Analyse KPI data and produce reports on operational and contractual performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, facilities teams and service providers to drive service excellence.
