Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd. is seeking a Technical Assurance professional to ensure mechanical building services meet standards and contractual requirements.

You will monitor performance of contractors, review maintenance strategies, and support NEC contract administration while driving continuous improvement. This role focuses on asset management within facilities environments, requiring a strong background in performance monitoring and governance.

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering qualification required.

Essential Experience

• Mechanical Engineering qualification (HNC/HND, Degree or equivalent).
• Experience in technical assurance, engineering compliance or asset management environments.
• Strong background in performance management and contractor oversight.
• Working knowledge of NEC contracts and contract performance monitoring.
• Experience within facilities management, estates, infrastructure or property environments.
• Ability to review technical documentation, engineering reports and maintenance strategies.

Desirable Experience

• Experience of Soft FM services including cleaning, security, waste management or front-of-house operations.
• Knowledge of CAFM systems and asset management software.
• Membership of IMechE or equivalent professional body
