The opportunity

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and test teams to support product development and R&D.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead analysis activities across live projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Develop and refine analysis models and methodologies.
• Interpret simulation results and advise on design improvements.

About you

Essential Skills & Experience

• Engineering degree (BEng/MSc) and experience in modern manufacturing environments.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with a customer–focused mindset.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python).
• Experience with a range of analysis methods and FEA tools.
