Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to oversee mechanical installations across London. You will manage works from mobilisation to completion, ensuring safety, program, budget and quality targets are met.

You will coordinate subcontractors, site teams and suppliers, review drawings, monitor progress, resolve issues and uphold health & safety standards on all projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Mechanical Construction Manager or Mechanical Site Manager.
• SMSTS is essential.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services and subcontractor management.

Mechanical Construction Manager - London

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of mechanical installations on construction projects across London. The role will involve managing mechanical works from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.

You will coordinate mechanical subcontractors, site teams, suppliers and other trades, working closely with the Project Manager, engineers and client representatives. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and specifications, monitoring progress, managing site activities, resolving technical issues and ensuring all works comply with project requirements, regulations and health & safety standards.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager or Mechanical Site Manager, strong knowledge of mechanical building services, and experience managing subcontractors and site teams. SMSTS is essential, with a strong understanding of health & safety requirements and site procedures. Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills are also required.
