Job summary

RTL Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager for a commercial project in London. You will lead on-site mechanical installation works, coordinate subcontractors, and enforce safety, programme, and quality standards.

Strong reading of drawings and effective communication with engineers and clients are essential. Key requirements include proven site management experience on commercial schemes, SMSTS and CSCS cards, and deep knowledge of HVAC and pipework systems.

• Manage and coordinate mechanical installation works on site.

• Liaise with the Project Manager, engineers, subcontractors and client representatives.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project team.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical information.
• Ensure RAMS, permits and site procedures are followed.
• Assist with inspections, testing, commissioning and snagging.
• Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate solutions with the wider project team.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and housekeeping.

Mechanical Site Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join a commercial project in London, starting in the next few weeks.

The successful candidate will have a strong background on commercial projects, with the ability to manage mechanical installation works and coordinate subcontractors effectively on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
