Job summary

E-ppl Ltd in Warminster, Wiltshire, is seeking a skilled Mechanic for a 6-month contract on a critical fleet maintenance project. You will perform inspections, servicing and repairs across designated fleet platforms, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

On-site role with fully paid hotel stay, travel mileage, and daily living allowance; tools provided. BPSS clearance eligibility and Level 2/3 qualifications required.

Qualifications

• Proven background as a Mechanic (Fleet, Commercial, or Ex-Forces/Military vehicle background strongly preferred).
• Valid proof of NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical inspections, routine servicing, and repairs across designated fleet platforms.
• Complete rectification work ahead of Mandatory Equipment Inspections.
• Execute fleet upgrades, reworks, and resolve defects identified during quality examinations.
• Maintain strict adherence to site Health & Safety guidelines.

About the Role

Join E-ppl Ltd as a Mechanic on a critical fleet maintenance project in Warminster, working alongside a skilled, supportive team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational readiness, safety, and regulatory compliance of Stored and Sustainment Fleet platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

• Qualifications: Valid proof of NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds (or equivalent) Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Experience: Proven background as a Mechanic (Fleet, Commercial, or Ex-Forces/Military vehicle background strongly preferred).
• Clearance: Must be eligible for BPSS Security Clearance (fully sponsored, managed, and paid for by E-ppl).
