Job summary

Modo25 Limited is seeking a hands-on measurement lead to implement and own analytics across client projects. You will audit GA4, manage GTM, and build server-side tagging while ensuring consent compliance and reliable data for CRM integrations and app measurement.

You’ll translate complex measurement challenges into actionable specs, QA rigorously, and present results to client teams. Hybrid role with Leeds HQ travel; salary up to £45k DOE.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GA4 and GTM implementation experience.
• Experience with server-side tagging and data governance.
• Ability to write clear technical specifications for developers.
• CRM integrations and data pipeline understanding.
• Strong knowledge of consent management and CMP configuration.
• Capable of client-facing communication and discovery.
• Proven ownership of measurement projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement architecture and end-to-end implementation.
• Audit and rebuild GA4 setups, data streams, and events.
• Own GTM containers, governance, and version control.
• Design and implement server-side GTM using preferred providers.
• Diagnose measurement issues with live debugging and BigQuery.
• Validate consent modes and hard-coded tags for compliance.
• Coordinate with paid media and CRM teams on integrations.
• Produce comprehensive audit and implementation documentation.
