Job summary

Cornerstone in Stonehaven is seeking Support Practitioners to help people with physical and learning disabilities live independently at home and in the community. Roles include full-time, part-time and relief positions, with shifts that cover early, back shifts, weekends and sleepovers.

No prior experience is required; you will receive training and support. A warm, compassionate approach and a willingness to learn are essential for making a real difference.

Responsibilities

• Help people with physical and learning disabilities live independently at home and in the community.

• Support people to live their lives their way and build confidence.
