Job summary

Cornerstone in Irvine, Kilwinning, Saltcoats and Ardrossan is hiring for part-time roles (16-30 hours per week). You will support people with physical and learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives at home and in the community. No two days are the same and training is provided, with funded qualifications as you work.

Shifts typically run 8am–7pm on early or back shifts; sleepovers may occur with additional pay. Driver preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Confident using computers and tablets.
• Willing to learn and try new things.
• No experience? Training provided and funded qualifications as you work.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily activities (cooking, routines, arts, crafts).
• Assist with community participation and days out.
• Work as part of a friendly team to deliver meaningful support.
• Sleepovers may be required with additional payment.
