Cornerstone in Galashiels is seeking Support Practitioners to assist adults with disabilities across the Scottish Borders. You will work as part of a friendly team delivering meaningful daily activities and personalised support, helping individuals live life their way.

Responsibilities

• Support adults in the Borders with a variety of disabilities and additional support needs.
• Help them to live their lives to the fullest.
• Assist with day-to-day activities and personal care as needed.
• Support cooking meals and trying new activities.
• Build real, meaningful relationships with individuals and their families.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive community atmosphere.
