Job summary

Cornerstone Community Care in Dumbarton is seeking compassionate part-time support workers to help individuals with physical and learning disabilities live full lives in home and community settings.

No experience is required as training will be provided and funded qualifications will be supported. Shifts run weekdays with sleepovers paid where applicable, and a 30-hour week is available.

Qualifications

• No experience? No problem—training will be provided and funded qualifications gained on the job.
• Willingness to learn and try new things is essential.
• Female is an occupational requirement for this position under the Equality Act 2010.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with physical and learning disabilities to live independently at home and in the community.
• Help with daily routines, cooking, activities, and outings such as days out, gardening, knitting and dance.
• Provide a friendly, supportive, and respectful environment and participate in shifts as required.
