Job summary

Lawn Manor Academy, part of Ascend Learning Trust, is seeking a motivated MDSA to support pupils at lunchtimes, safeguarding their welfare and contributing to a safe, supportive environment.

The role is permanent, part-time with 6.25 hours per week over 39 weeks, starting ASAP. The school emphasizes a holistic approach to education and ongoing development for staff within a caring community.

Qualifications

• Experience in safeguarding or working with children is desirable.
• Ability to promote pupil welfare and safety during lunchtimes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during lunchtime and ensure their safety.
• Support pupils with activities and behaviour during the lunch period.
• Contribute to safeguarding and welfare of pupils as part of the school staff.

Monday - Friday 12.00-13.15
