Lawn Manor Academy in Swindon is seeking an Assistant Data and Exams Manager to oversee student data accuracy and deliver high-quality data analysis. You will coordinate the smooth delivery of internal and external examinations across the school, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.
Ideally, you are highly organized with strong attention to detail and can support exam processes throughout the 39-week year on a part-time basis.
Salary: NJC Grade F9 £27,254 FTE- NJC Grade F11 £28,598 FTE
Actual Salary: £12,037.84-£12,631.47 ( Depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent
Working Weeks: 39 Weeks
Paid Weeks; 44.85
Hours Per week: 19 hours
Working Pattern:
Monday - 08.00-15.30 (30 min unpaid break)
Tuesday - 08.00-14.30 (30 min unpaid break)
Wednesday 08.00-14.30 (30 min unpaid break)
Flexible hours will be considered but must be worked over core days ( Mon, Tues, Weds)
