Lawn Manor Academy in Swindon is seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team. The role supports teachers and pupils to create a positive and effective learning environment, helping students thrive academically and develop confidence.

Permanent contract, 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30–15:30, with a 20 min break and 40 min lunch. 39 weeks working year with paid weeks 44.85. Closing date 4 October 2026; start ASAP.

Salary: NJC C3 £24,796 FTE - D6 £25,989 FTE

Actual Salary: £17,292.89 -£18,124.90 ( Depending on experience)

Contract: Permanent

Working Weeks: 39 Weeks

Paid Weeks: 44.85

Working hours: 30 hours per week.

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday

08.30-15.30

( 20 min unpaid break and 40 min unpaid lunch)
