Job summary

Lawn Manor Academy in Swindon seeks a highly organised Assistant Data and Exams Manager. You will ensure accuracy of student data and provide high quality data analysis to support examinations and school reporting.

The role is permanent, 19 hours per week, with core days Mon-Wed and flexible hours considered. Applications close 4 October 2026 with interviews in early October.

Salary: NJC Grade F9 £27,254 FTE- NJC Grade F11 £28,598 FTE

Actual Salary: £12,037.84-£12,631.47 ( Depending on experience)

Contract: Permanent

Working Weeks: 39 Weeks

Paid Weeks; 44.85

Hours Per week: 19 hours

Working Pattern:

Monday - 08.00-15.30 (30 min unpaid break)

Tuesday - 08.00-14.30 (30 min unpaid break)

Wednesday 08.00-14.30 (30 min unpaid break)

Flexible hours will be considered but must be worked over core days ( Mon, Tues, Weds)

Closingdate: Sunday 4th October 2026

Interview Date: Week commencing 5th October 2026

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
