Job summary

Lawn Manor Academy are looking to appoint a passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team and support both Teachers and Pupils in fostering a positive and effective learning experience. This permanent role is 30 hours per week over 39 weeks, Monday to Friday, 08:30–15:30 with a 20 minute unpaid break and a 40 minute unpaid lunch.

Closing date is 4 October 2026, with interviews the week of 5 October 2026, and an ASAP start is anticipated.

Salary: NJC C3 £24,796 FTE - D6 £25,989 FTE
Actual Salary: £17,292.89 -£18,124.90 ( Depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent

Working Weeks: 39 Weeks

Paid Weeks: 44.85

Working hours: 30 hours per week.

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday

08.30-15.30

( 20 min unpaid break and 40 min unpaid lunch)
