Mimi Mei Fair & Miko Mei Fair in Mayfair, London, seek a proactive Restaurant Supervisor to join our front‑of‑house team. You’ll lead on the floor, support management, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience in a premium dining setting.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality passion, strong communication, and a desire to grow into management. Experience in fine‑dining is preferred, but attitude and potential are valued highly.

Qualificações

• Experience in premium or fine‑dining is desirable.
• Previous management experience isn’t essential; attitude and willingness to grow matter more.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, hands‑on approach are required.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the management team with day‑to‑day restaurant operations
• Leading the team on the floor and ensuring excellent service standards
• Handling guest requests, feedback and complaints confidently
• Supporting team briefings, training and onboarding
• Ensuring the restaurant is fully prepared for service
• Assisting with cash handling, EPOS and closing procedures
• Maintaining strong menu, wine and allergen knowledge
• Encouraging sales and creating memorable guest experiences
• Ensuring health & safety standards are followed
