Job summary

1 Hotel Mayfair is seeking a Floor Manager to lead seamless daily service within our luxury restaurant. You’ll partner with the Restaurant Manager to deliver outstanding guest experiences and support a high-performing team.

Experienced in luxury floor operations, you will oversee rosters, payroll accuracy, onboarding, and health and safety standards, while maintaining a calm, proactive leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing floor operations within a luxury or high-end restaurant.
• Proficient with rota management systems (Fourth preferred).
• Knowledgeable in health, safety and compliance standards.
• Strong communicator and natural motivator.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations with a hands‑on, service‑driven approach.
• Manage staff rotas, hours, and payroll accuracy.
• Support onboarding, training, and uniform management.
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate maintenance issues, linen orders, and stock control.
• Lead by example, setting the tone for excellence and teamwork.
