Job summary

Cambridge House, part of Auberge Collection, in Mayfair, seeks a Luggage Porter to make arrivals seamless and departures warm. You will welcome guests with care, handle luggage safely and escort guests to their rooms, introducing them to the House and its services.

This role requires a genuine hospitality passion, a friendly, polished manner, and the ability to stay attentive during busy periods. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is essential, and the right to work in the United Kingdom

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and genuine care, assisting with luggage from arrival through to departure.
• Escort guests and their belongings to their rooms, offering a thoughtful introduction to the House and its services.
• Handle, label, store and retrieve luggage securely, ensuring every item is accounted for and treated with care.
• Assist with transport arrangements, deliveries and guest requests, working closely with team members across the House.
• Maintain entrance, lobby and luggage storage areas, taking pride in every detail.
• Share local knowledge and recommendations, introducing guests to Mayfair's character and hidden gems.
• Uphold discretion, safety and service with professionalism and kindness.
