Job summary

Fairmont in the United Kingdom is hiring a Casual Luggage Porter to be at the heart of our Front of House operation. You will deliver luggage, assist with arrival and departure, and respond to guest requests with efficiency and warmth.

You’ll work closely with the Front of House team, keep records of luggage, ensure secure handling, and share knowledge of hotel services and local area to enhance guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless luggage service during arrival and departure.
• Accurately record all guest luggage and ensure secure handling and storage.
• Engage guests with knowledge and personality in line with service standards.
• Assist the Front of House team with guest requests and parking a ssistance.
• Be present in the Front Hall to help guests and colleagues as needed.
• Share knowledge of hotel services and local area with guests.
• Polish guest shoes and handle deliveries for guests and colleagues.
