Job summary

KPI EDUCATION is recruiting for an Unqualified Teacher of Maths at a high-achieving Brent secondary school starting September. This full-time role offers real classroom experience, teaching across KS3 and KS4, and opportunities to progress toward salaried teacher training from 2026.

You will receive weekly mentoring, engage in small-group interventions, and collaborate with a supportive Maths department in a modern school with strong GCSE outcomes and excellent staff development.

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree or above in Mathematics or related subject.
• Confident communicator with enthusiasm for education.
• Experience tutoring, mentoring or coaching is desirable.
• Aspirations to become a teacher in the future preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach and support Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Deliver small group interventions and booster sessions.
• Plan engaging activities with experienced teachers.
• Build classroom confidence with gradual teaching responsibility.
