Ideal candidates hold a First-Class or 2:1 maths-related degree from a top university and aspire to Qualified Teacher Status, with a commitment to high standards and student achievement.

Qualifications

• Degree from Oxford, Cambridge, or a Russell Group university.
• First-Class Honours Degree or strong 2:1.
• Degree in Mathematics or Maths-related discipline (Physics, Engineering, Economics, CS, etc.).
• Excellent GCSE and A-Level results.

Responsibilities

• Training to deliver Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Support pupils of varying abilities to achieve academic success.
• Plan and deliver engaging learning activities.
• Develop effective behaviour management strategies.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback.
• Work with experienced mentors and department leaders.
• Participate in professional development sessions.
