Cambian Northampton School is an independent specialist provision that offers quality, personalised education for young people aged 11 to 16 with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH).

We are looking for a successful candidate who:

• Holds suitable educational qualifications such as QTS, a teaching degree, or a degree with PGCE.
• Has successful experience in implementing positive behaviour support strategies.
• Possesses knowledge of inclusive education that encourages students to achieve meaningful outcomes and greater independence.
• Is familiar with current curriculum developments.
• Knows child and adult safeguarding procedures.
• Understands the principles of good curriculum provision.
