Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous NHS clerical experience is desirable.
• Administrative and keyboard skills would be an advantage.
• Excellent telephone manner and ability to deal with the public and hospital staff.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming mothers on admission and assisting with administration and discharge paperwork.
• Support midwives, doctors and maternity support workers with documentation and processes.
• Be the first point of contact for ward visitors and the multi-professional team.
