Job Title: Maternity Services Manager

Position Type: Permanent, full-time

Salary and Benefits: Up to $15,900 tax-free salary packaging annually, plus $2,650 meal & entertainment card benefits, attractive hourly rates + 11.5% Super, vibrant Malvern location, close to public transport, purchased leave options.

About Cabrini Maternity Services

Cabrini Maternity at Malvern handles over 2000 births annually. Our services include 6 birth suites, a fully equipped Special Care Nursery, and luxurious antenatal and postnatal rooms.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and qualified Registered Midwife to lead the Maternity Services team. This leadership role involves managing inpatient maternity services, supervising staff, coordinating clinical activities, overseeing finances, and promoting quality improvement, all with a focus on patient safety and exceptional care. The position reports directly to the Clinical Services Director - Medical Services.

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Maternity Unit
