Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in London is seeking an Assistant Patient Administrator to join the Maternity and Ante Natal team at West Middlesex University Hospital, Isleworth.

You will provide a friendly, patient-focused reception and admin service, handling appointments, queries and notes using Cerner, with rotating 8am-8pm shifts, and a commitment to high-quality, compassionate care.

Formación

• Must have previous reception experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Friendly, self-motivated and confident candidate preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a customer-focused reception service for patients and visitors.
• Ensure reception areas are staffed and inform patients of delays.
• Check in and book patient appointments within gestation date ranges.
• Interact with patients and relatives in a sensitive, empathetic manner.
• Process follow-up appointments and escalate capacity concerns as needed.
• Create community and hospital notes using Cerner.
• Assist ANC phones and handle patient queries.
