Job summary

Vibe Recruit seeks a Materials/Stock Administrator to support production and maintenance stock control. You will manage SAP data, set up Purchase Requisitions, and collaborate with the Site Leader to produce site metrics.

The role includes monthly Excel-based reporting, stock integrity oversight, and assisting the Senior Site Administrator as needed. Immediate start preferred in Oxford, UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry and administration with careful data integrity.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock records.
• Pro-active attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Experience using SAP and Excel for reporting and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Stock and materials administration for Production and Maintenance, incl. Purchase Requisitions.
• Data entry and integrity of SAP data.
• Report and run site metrics with Site Leader collaboration.
• Monthly reporting using Excel.
• Oversee stock control and materials control.
• Support Senior Site Administrator as required.
