Job summary

Games Workshop is seeking a Materials Control Workflow Coordinator for the afternoon shift at our Nottingham head office. You will support supervisors by prioritising workloads and ensuring inbound/outbound documentation and stock data are accurate, on time and well communicated.

No prior coordinator experience is required; you will follow a structured training programme while developing knowledge of our supply chain systems, data and processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritise workloads.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare inbound and outbound documentation and monitor workloads in real time.
• Adjust workloads to resolve stock shortages and keep department running efficiently.
• Provide supervisors with clear, prioritised workloads on the afternoon shift.
