Games Workshop Group PLC is seeking a Publishing Delivery Coordinator to join the Black Library team in Nottingham. You will devise and oversee plans to deliver physical and digital products on time and to spec, coordinating schedules for around 50 studio colleagues and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

The role requires strong scheduling skills, a good understanding of print publishing, and proactive capacity forecasting.

Qualifications

• Strong scheduling skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of print publishing processes and tendering of physical products.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Proactive risk management and capacity forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee production schedules for ~50 studio colleagues.
• Lead regular in-person progress meetings to track deadlines.
• Forecast demand and escalate risks to key stakeholders.
• Coordinate tendering of physical products with buying team.
• Receive and route physical product samples, ensuring timely approvals.
• Collaborate across teams to solve production challenges.
