Job summary

Games Workshop Group PLC is seeking a Production Planner for a 12-month fixed-term contract based at our Nottingham head office. You will generate live production plans that respond to demand changes and ensure we manufacture the right products at the right time.

You will focus on aligning planning to capacity, driving efficiencies and sustainability, and you will support improvements from work orders through to warehouse delivery to guarantee component availability.

Qualifications

• Must be organised and detail oriented.
• Experience in production planning in manufacturing is preferred.

Job description

Games Workshop is looking for a Production Planner on a 12 month fixed term contract. In this position you’ll work at our head office based in Nottingham and be responsible for generating live production plans that respond to changes in demand, ensuring we manufacture the right products on time.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about planning the right products in the right volumes at the right time. You’ll take pride in your work as you ensure the plastics packing area of our business has production plans aligned to capacity to deliver what Games Workshop needs focusing on efficiencies and sustainability. You will be diligent in your approach and will support process optimisation from work order to warehouse delivery to guarantee availability of all components.

Your adaptability, resilience and the ability to shift gears quickly will support you in this position as you’ll continually monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to production plans in line with the needs of the business. This is a key position where you’ll use your people skills to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across the manufacturing areas of Games Workshop.
