Job description

Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Materials Control Workflow Coordinator. This is a key role within the department where you’ll use your excellent communication skills to provide the supervisors with clear, prioritised workloads on the afternoon shift.

You’ll be diligent with excellent attention to detail. This will ensure all the administrative tasks that support the daily activities required to keep the department running effectively and efficiently are all done to the highest standards.

You’ll develop knowledge and experience of our supply chain, along with our systems and data to ensure we successfully deliver our targets day in, day out. You’ll prepare inbound and outbound documentation, monitoring and adjusting workloads in real time to resolve any stock shortages we have.

Previous coordinator experience is not required, as you’ll follow a structured training programme but we’re looking for someone who has the drive and motivation to grow and succeed. You’ll demonstrate excellent people skills, with strong organisational and communication skills with good Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.

If you’re the type of person who has a desire to accept nothing less than the best and has an enthusiasm to push yourself to continually improve, we want to hear from you!

Working at Games Workshop

At Games Workshop we are looking for people who will do their best to understand the needs of the company and to put those needs first when they are at work. Because of this we believe that what you are like, hence the attitude you show to work and the way you choose to behave is even more important than your skills and experience.

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.

In return for your hard work, you will receive 33 days holiday per year (including public holidays), matching contributory pension scheme up to 7.5%, profit share bonus (subject to GW meeting profit targets) and option to join our Share Save scheme. Oh and let’s not forget, a staff discount of between 25% and 50% on our products!
