Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Materials Control Workflow Coordinator. This is a key role within the department where you’ll use your excellent communication skills to provide the supervisors with clear, prioritised workloads on the afternoon shift.
You’ll be diligent with excellent attention to detail. This will ensure all the administrative tasks that support the daily activities required to keep the department running effectively and efficiently are all done to the highest standards.
You’ll develop knowledge and experience of our supply chain, along with our systems and data to ensure we successfully deliver our targets day in, day out. You’ll prepare inbound and outbound documentation, monitoring and adjusting workloads in real time to resolve any stock shortages we have.
Previous coordinator experience is not required, as you’ll follow a structured training programme but we’re looking for someone who has the drive and motivation to grow and succeed. You’ll demonstrate excellent people skills, with strong organisational and communication skills with good Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.

Location: This position is based at our Head office in Lenton, Nottingham
Hours will be 2pm-10pm Monday - Thursday and 1pm-8pm on Friday.
