Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Material Supply Planner to join our growing Supply Chain team in South Wales. You will plan and coordinate the materials flow to support production and drive supplier collaboration across the UK and Europe.

The role offers training and progression within a manufacturing environment, with close work alongside Procurement, NPD, and NPI teams on new product launches. A strong focus on stock availability and supplier performance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the supply of materials to meet production requirements.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with suppliers across the UK and Europe.
• Support the introduction and development of new suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Monitor supplier performance in relation to quality, delivery, and service levels.
• Work closely with Procurement, NPD, and NPI teams on new product launches and development projects.
• Ensure a continuous flow of materials and components into the business.
• Collaborate with Material Controllers to support stock availability and production schedules.
• Assist with resolving supplier quality issues and supply chain challenges.
• Support bespoke product development through OEM and manufacturing partnerships.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.
