  • Monitor supplier performance using KPIs (e.g., OTIF – On Time In Full, quality, responsiveness) and lead regular performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with procurement on sourcing strategies, supplier capacity planning, and risk mitigation.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for supplier delivery or quality issues affecting production.
  • Work with suppliers to support lean initiatives and improve end-to-end supply chain efficiency.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Lead and develop a team of material planners, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, engineering, and quality teams to ensure alignment of planning activities with business objectives.
  • Contribute to ERP and systems development to improve planning and stock visibility.
