Job summary

ABM UK is seeking an experienced Duty Security Manager to lead security across Chelsea Football Club’s Stadium, Training Ground and facilities. You will direct Security Supervisors and Officers, ensuring safety, high standards, and proactive incident response.

The role requires decisive leadership, calm under pressure, and close collaboration with the Head of Security, Club departments, and external partners, including police and emergency services.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in security operations.
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions during incidents.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Take operational responsibility for security during the duty period.
• Lead Security Supervisors and Officers and ensure staffing adequate.
• Monitor security resources and ensure standards are met across sites.
