Job summary

Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is seeking a Security Manager to lead the security function within the Operations Department. The role covers day-to-day security across the club’s campus, including match and non-match day operations, incident management and policy development.

You will bring recognised security qualifications, high technical security experience and strong leadership. The position requires project and contract management skills within a high‑profile environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified with recognised security qualifications and experienced in the security industry.
• Experience working at a high technical level within a complex security environment.
• Project management and contract management experience.
• Thorough understanding of statutory and legislative requirements.
• Health and Safety trained to IOSH Managing Safely level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security across the Club’s campus on match and non‑match days.
• Assist in creation, implementation and regular review of THFC security policy and procedures.
• Ensure physical and technical resources are allocated efficiently and are fit for purpose.
• Deliver security in line with THFC policies or CPNI best practices.
• Develop Security Operations Manuals and Assignment Instructions for security personnel.
• Ensure compliance with responsibilities for security governance.
• Manage relationships with third‑party security providers and audits.
