Job summary

Leicester Tigers is seeking a passionate and driven Casual Ticketing Assistant to join the Ticket Office team at Mattioli Woods Welford Road. You will sell and administer match tickets, assist customers and handle on-venue queries on match days and some non-match-day Saturdays.

The role reports to the Ticket Office Team Leader and requires flexibility to work Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays and non-match-day Saturdays. Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.

• Available to work evenings and weekends, including home fixtures.

• Desirable: experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Sell and administer match tickets and other products on sale in the ticket office.
• Arrange and distribute match-day ticket collections.
• Answer customer queries by phone, email and in person.
• Deal with customers efficiently and courteously.
• Work on match days (Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays) and non-match-day Saturdays as required.
