Job summary

Leicester Tigers are seeking a Fan Experience & Engagement Executive to deliver a memorable, welcoming experience for supporters on matchdays and during the week at Mattioli Woods Welford Road.

You will lead fan-facing activations for home fixtures, manage casual matchday staff and budgets, plan supporter engagement events and work with partners to turn insights into improved fan satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead fan-facing activations for all men’s and women’s home fixtures, including fan zones, in-match entertainment, mascots and Junior Tigers Club activities.
• Manage casual matchday staff.
• Manage the matchday activation budget and oversee external partners and suppliers.
• Plan and deliver supporter engagement events and supporter feedback sessions.
• Manage charity partners.
• Benchmark other sporting and entertainment events to identify best practice for the supporter experience.
• Work with internal departments and external partners to turn insight into improvements in fan satisfaction.

The Role

Respond to enquiries, support fan engagement activities and help manage supporter communications and events for the men’s and women’s teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of fan-facing activations for all men’s and women’s home fixtures, including fan zones, in-match entertainment, mascots and Junior Tigers Club activities
• Manage casual matchday staff
• Manage the matchday activation budget and oversee external partners and suppliers
• Plan and deliver supporter engagement events and supporter feedback sessions
• Manage charity partners
• Benchmark other sporting and entertainment events to identify best practice for the supporter experience
• Work with internal departments and external partners to turn insight into improvements in fan satisfaction

Key Details

• Location: Mattioli Woods Welford Road Stadium, Leicester
• Contract: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, including all men’s matchdays and most women’s home games (time back in lieu)
