Peterborough United is seeking a capable Ticket Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the Weston Homes Stadium ticket office. This role ensures an efficient, accurate, supporter-first service for home and away fixtures, season tickets, memberships and stadium events.

Reporting to the Head of Ticketing and Supporter Engagement, you will manage ticketing systems, reconcile sales and provide timely reports while coordinating with internal departments to deliver a high standard of

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a customer-facing team.
• Experience running high-volume ticketing operations in sports.
• Strong knowledge of ticketing and access control systems.
• Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication.
• Experience in an EFL club is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead and line manage the Ticket Office team.
• Oversee counter, telephone, email and online sales.
• Manage season ticket and membership sales and renewals.
• Coordinate ticketing for all fixtures and events.
• Liaise with visiting clubs on away allocations.
• Produce regular sales reports and insights.
• Work with Finance on refunds and reconciliations.
