Sodexo Live! is seeking enthusiastic Chefs to join the team at Millwall Football Club (The Den). You will be part of an innovative catering facility delivering high standards on matchdays and events.

We offer casual hours with an hourly rate of £18.00+ depending on experience, and opportunities to work at other Sodexo Live! sites. Ideal for driven individuals with a passion for great food and service.

Qualifications

• Proven chef experience across cooking stations.
• Strong knife skills and section ownership.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 'mise en place' levels with proper stock rotation and allergen management.
• Follow production plans and recipes to ensure consistency.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures (HACCP).
• Support GP and waste targets through smart prep, portioning, and communication.
• Assist with deliveries, stock counts, and equipment care.
