Job summary

Sodexo Live! at Millwall Football Club is seeking Retail Team Leaders to oversee matchday concessions, ensuring smooth service and an excellent guest experience.

You will manage a small kiosk team, handle customer interactions, and collaborate with the stand manager to ensure efficient operations during events. The role suits those with hospitality or bar experience who are proactive, friendly, and professional, delivering memorable experiences for guests at a leading catering and facilities

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, catering or bar setting.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead a small team and organise staff.
• Punctual and professional.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming retail customers, take till orders accurately and serve food/beverage promptly, handle complaints, liaise with stand manager on matchday operations.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and deliver the best client experience.
• Answer questions and provide recommendations on food and beverage choices.
• Lead a small team on a public kiosk bar in matchday retail, assign roles, manage queues, and complete paperwork.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcoming of retail customers, ensure till orders are being taken correctly and ensure the food/beverage is served to guests in a timely manner, dealing with any complaints and liaising with retail stand manager regarding matchday operations
• Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
• Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items
• Leading a small team on a public kiosk bar in the matchday retail sector, organising kiosk staff roles for the shift, customer queue management and completion of paperwork.
